Like a pearl, leaders are not born, they are cultivated with an intricate balance of pressure, stringent conditions and time for development.

Linda Pearl Fils-Aime, founder of A Lady Named Pearl, LLC, is a seasoned fashion/print model, speaker, performing artist and university professor. She cultivates leaders also known as “pearls” through PEARL, the magazine, Pearl School of Modeling, her music and speaking engagements. Pearl focuses on providing products and services centered around beauty, leadership, and empowerment, with an aim to transform your self-image.

Pearl Fils-Aime served as a professor at Clark Atlanta University teaching Leadership and Professional Development in the School of Business from August 2011 to December 2014.
Furthermore, she toured as an Ebony Fashion Model, and served as 2013 World Top Natural Hair Model.

Pearl was named one of "Atlanta's Hottest Celebrities" by Creative Loafing in 2014.

Pearl is also a philanthropist. She has raised thousands of dollars for Haiti through her annual benefit entitled "Pearl Christmas Kindness Haiti." Currently, its in its fifth year.
